Your email id is attached to your account. Each client may possess only one email per account.

If you want or need to change your login email: Contact us directly by email, by fax or by phone. We will change your client file.

These discounts are calculated based on the amount of your order and are automatically applied to your next command.

  • + €100/ VAT Order (excluding transport) = you get 5% off your next order without limit of amount.
  • + €200/ VAT Order (excluding transport) = you get 10% off your next order without limit of amount.
  • + €300/ VAT Order (excluding transport) = you get 15% off your next order without limit of amount.

- Discounts are valid for a period of 3 months.
- You will receive an email notifying you of your rebate expires one week before the deadline.
- Each order entitles you to a new rebate to use on your next order.

Order Tracking

Email :
for each order placed a confirmation email is sent.
it contains:

  • The details of your order
  • The mode of payment choosen
  • The rebate you'll get on your next order
  • A link to view your order online
  • A link to access the page 'My Account' where you can track the progress of your order.

You can view the status of your order:

  • Order pending payment
  • Validated | Processing
  • Shipped
  • Canceled

Preparation time orders on the products in stock may vary because of several factors on a period of 1 to 5 working days, excluding delivery.

- On departure day delivery, an email will be sent with your parcel number and a link to follow his route on the carrier's website.

- An explanation will be displayed to inform you of order status and number of packages shipped. You can follow the steps of the expedition to the site colissimo or TNT (depending on your choice of mode of delivery) by entering the parcel number provided by us.

- Mode of Delivery TNT relay point, a SMS will be sent to your phone number provided when the product will be delivered to the relay point of your choice. (Service provided by TNT)

Stocks

We have a very precise inventory management. Stocks are calculated in real time based on orders and supplies. Each order validated automatically debits the stock. On promotion products rule applied is "first come, first served basis".

The products are displayed on the site by three states

- Product in stock: The product is available immediately, within the limits of available stocks. When requested quantity exceeds the stock, the product will be available on request

- Product on order: The product is available for purchase in order. Attention Please allow time 3 to 6 weeks depending on suppliers for products not available in stock.

- Sold out: (Only on promotional products).
The promotional products can no longer be ordering from our suppliers
If a size or color is no longer available on a promotional item the stock is exhausted and the product can not be obtained.

The newsletter subscription is free and without obligation on your part.
We send a maximum of two newsletters a week to keep you informed of our partnerships, promotions and news. You can always cancel or change your subscription to our newsletter (mailing lists) as required by the Data Protection Act. (Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing of personal data)

Site Search

Use our search engine available at the top of every page under the main menu to find the article of your choice.

For example you can enter the brand, type of sport, type of product, name or if you know exactly what product you are looking, the reference of the product.
It's not useful to type the prepositions (of, the, a ...) but you can narrow your search by entering more specific keywords. eg White Kimono ayabuza beginner

If the search does not bring back any results try a broader search. Ex: white kimono ayabuza or white kimono.

Custom Embroidery

Some of our products such as kimonos and kimono belts can be customized.
On these products you will find a menu of additional options you can choose when you order kimono or kimono belt, text to be embroidered, thread color (14 available shades), and the font you want (9 fonts available, including Japanese characters). A small and simple interface is located at the item page, you will make your choice, enter the text and view embroidery fonts available.
If you want to customize any type of clothing with embroidery, or want to customize a wide range of equipment, please contact us directly for the establishment of a quotation.
Warning customized products can not be returned or exchanged. please contact us before ordering if you have any doubts about the size or procedure.

Payments

We accept five different types of payment

- Payment by credit card. :
We work with the Banque populaire of Provence and Corsica for all online payments.
When ordering you will be directed to the secure site of the Banque Populaire to proceed with entering your credit card information.

Since January 2010 security 3D-Secure is imperative to make payment online.

3D-Secure:
This program aims to fight against fraud by requiring the visitor wishing to conduct an online payment, to identify themselves when paying by credit card online merchant's site. The Banque Populaire of Provence and Corsica participate in this program and gradually more widespread dissemination to its customers holding a credit card.
Initially, it will ask for each client's date of birth.
You have 3 attempts to enter your date of birth.
If your identification has failed the third test, your card cant be used on the merchant's websites participating in the program 3D-Secure only.
If it is a simple typing error, you must call the phone number listed on the entry screens.
Your Bank will take action to get your input error counter to zero and you can repeat purchases on the sites of merchants 3DS. It's possible that your date of birth is wrong in the files of your Bank. This will update your date of birth and submit your entry error counter to zero.

We never retain in any way your bank details.
Giving your credit card number over the Internet is safe if you do so through a secure proceed as we offer you on our site by adopting the principles of the highest. Payment by credit card is provided by the group Cyberplus systempay secure mode (SSL), known for its reliability in online transactions. The transaction between you and Cyberplus never travel unencrypted on the Internet. Nobody can see them and then use it without your knowledge. In addition to being encrypted and therefore unreadable, this information is not stored on our servers (this is why you are asked to provide your Card number for each purchase), which prevents any problems with potential fraudsters.

- Payment with Paypal. :
You can now pay your purchases with your Paypal account, or use the Paypal platform to pay by credit card.
When ordering you will be directed to the secure site of Paypal to proceed with entering your credit card information or Paypal account information.

Bank charges related to Paypal payments are : € 0.25 Fixed per order + 3.4% of the total order

- Payment by check:
You can choose to pay your order by check. Your order will be shipped upon receipt and cashing of your check. Please note you have a time of one week to send your check to the address below. Beyond this time your order will be canceled and ordered products returned in stock.
If you have gift vouchers please use this mode of payment and attach to your check your gift certificates. A quick calculation tool available at the bottom of your "basket" will help you to calculate the amount of the bank check to join your(s) check(s) gifts.

- Payment by bank transfer:
You can choose to pay your order by bank transfer. Our RIB (Banque Populaire Provence and Corsica) will be sent to you for proceeding the transfer. Please note you have a one week time to send us your transfer. Beyond this time your order will be canceled and ordered products returned in stock.

- Payment by Cash on delivery:
You can choose the repayment cons. in this case your order will be shipped and delivered directly. Payment must be effected upon delivery of goods.
Additional cost: €20 VAT

Payment by Cash on delivery is only available for delivery in France

Deliveries

Our website offers three types of deliveries

Delivery with TNT Express France or Internationnal
You will receive a TNT tracking number by mail and in the My account section,
to follow the delivery on http://www.tnt.com/

Delivery colissimo in France, overseas, overseas departments and territories (time 48h to 72h) or mail delivery at home.
You will receive a tracking number in the Order tracking in My Account to monitor your shipment on http://www.colissimo.fr/ when entering your parcel number

We also ship our merchandise to over 81 destinations with colissimo suivi international:

  • Europe (Switzerland, CEE & Central Europe)
  • North Africa and Central Africa
  • Canada

(Transport time abroad can vary from 48 hours to eight days according to destination)

TNT Parcel Delivery relay 24H Guaranteed (Delivery Guaranteed 24h at the relay point of your choice in France only) An SMS will specify the delivery time of your order.

In each package is provided a 'Good return Free' so you can return goods for exchange or cancellation of orders without charge or cost of additional transport.
