1. ORDERS
By placing an order from the buyer accepts these conditions. Therefore, any clause contrary can be opposed without us as we have formally accepted. Delivery times are 24H to 72H colissimo or TNT relay package upon receipt of your payment (excluding stock). Custom products, including embroidery (kimonos, belts, tshirts) will be returned or exchanged.
2. PRICES

3. SENDING
Shipments requested by express or Chronopost will be borne by the buyer. In case of damage occurring during transport, it is the recipient of any action against the carrier in accordance with Articles 105 and 106 of the Commercial Code.
4. DELIVERY
Our average delivery time is 24-72 hours after receipt of your payment. A delivery delay does not result in the cancellation of an order or warrant the granting of damages to the buyer. Claims are accepted within eight days of receipt of the parcel. It is for the recipient to verify the condition and weight of packages upon arrival and, where appropriate, make all necessary reservations with the carrier.
5. LITIGATION
In case of dispute (s) between the parties, the Commercial Court of Marseille-France-or Geneva-Switzerland-are the only jurisdiction over all disputes. Pictures are not contractual.
6. COMPUTER AND FREEDOM
The personal information that are provided by the customer to the company Katana Sport-under and execution of orders or sales governed by the RMA Policy and Conditions of Sales are limited to what is strictly necessary to process each order.
